Upgrade to the PhoneEasy 610, which now includes a camera, becomes the second Doro handset to go on sale at the network
The Doro PhoneEasy 612 has gone on sale through O2 in the UK, making it the second handset from the manufacturer to be stocked at the operator following the PhoneEasy 610.
O2 has become the first network in the UK to sell the PhoneEasy 612, which costs £69.99. It is also available at retailers including Amazon and John Lewis.
The clamshell handset comes with a large keys, two-megapixel camera, direct text message button, a screen with enhanced contrast and extra loud audio. It can also be paired to a wireless earpiece or hearing aid via Bluetooth.
Doro UK and Ireland managing director Chris Millington said: “We’ve seen great traction with O2 and our previous handset. I’m certain that the Doro PhoneEasy 612 will see even more success.”
O2 UK portfolio manager Ben Bevins said: “We have handset options to suit all needs and Doro’s phones are great for customers looking for simple and easy-to-use phones. The Doro PhoneEasy 612 builds on the features of the PhoneEasy 610 as it includes a camera. We hope with this added feature it will be even more successful for us.”
