MoCo tops O2 CSI survey for Q3

Centre of excellence distributor scores 71 per cent after 100 customers are questioned on the service they received

MoCo has finished top of O2’s Customer Service Index (CSI) survey for Q3.

The airtime distributor scored 71 per cent, beating rival O2 distributors Carphone Warehouse Business, Avenir Telecom and Daisy Distribution to top spot. MoCo claimed it was the first time a distributor had scored 70 per cent or above.

The survey was carried out on behalf of O2 by research firm Quadrangle, which questioned 100 O2 customers about the service they received.

MoCo managing director Ian Robinson (pictured) said: “O2 has made it clear that CSI scores are currently very important to it and one of its biggest priorities.”
