One-off Lotus case is made of rose gold, mother of pearl and black, white and pink diamonds
Accessories distributor Aegis UK will launch what it claims will be the most expensive mobile phone case in the world during a launch event this evening (November 22).
The full cost and design of the one-off ‘Lotus’ case is still under wraps at present.
The product will be unveiled by actress Mischa Barton at a starstudded event being held in Kensington.
Materials used to make the case include rose gold, mother of pearl (inlay) and 13 carats of black, white and pink diamonds.
The firm is currently running a competition to win a holiday for two in the Maldives to the person who can correctly guess the price.
The launch will coincide with the release of the firm’s new iPhone 5 Uunique Millionaire Collection of cases, which will retail at around £600 each.
Aegis said there will be four limited edition designs, all featuring 24-carat Swarovski diamonds.
