EE announce first 4G Android tablets

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE and the Google Nexus 7 will be the first Android tablets to run on 4G in the UK

EE has expanded its 4G product range to include two Android tablets.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE and a Google Nexus 7 bundle (paired with Huawei’s E589 mobile Wi-Fi) are both available from today on EE’s 4G network.

The Galaxy Note costs £249.99 up front for 3GB of data, £199.99 for 5GB of data and £99.99 for 8GB of data. The monthly costs for the 3GB, 5GB and 8GB packages are £25.99, £30.00 and £35.99 respectively.

The Nexus 7, manufactured by Asus, has up front costs of £49.99 for 3GB, and £29.99 for 5GB and 8GB. The monthly costs for data are the same on both tablets, and include wi-fi.
