Dixons Store Group and Jersey Telecom add to growing list of retailers signed up to sell products
Accessories distributor Gusto Telecom Solutions has signed two more retailers to stock its Juice charging products and has set its sights on international expansion.
The Coventry-based firm, formed in August, has agreed deals with Dixons Store Group (DSG) for sale of the Juice products across 298 PC World and Currys Digital stores as well as telecoms provider Jersey Telecom for sale in the Channel Islands.
Both deals go live in January and join current retailers John Lewis and Fonehouse in stocking the products.
Smart Mobile Accessories – Gusto’s generic brand across all mobile accessories categories – is now stocked by Fonehouse and Chitter Chatter, as well as electronics retailer Maplin.
In addition, Gusto Telecom Solutions managing director Joe Bennett has confirmed the firm has entered negotiations with Hungarian distributor Mobil Digital for it to supply retailers across the country with the products.
Mobil Digital distributes mobile phone, PC and notebook accessories on behalf of 50 brands including Sony and Toshiba to 25 retailers in Hungary.
Bennett said he hoped the deal would be finalised early next year.
“To have established this business in August and already have a number of high-profile and popular retail partners selling our products is a massive achievement and puts us in a strong position to push on and grow aggressively in 2013,” he said.
