The manufacturer’s ‘Grand S’ is the thinnest quad-core smartphone and is the flagship handset in their high-end Grand series
ZTE unveiled the thinnest 5-inch quad-core smartphone at the consumer electronics show (CES) today.
The ZTE Grand S is the manufacturer’s flagship handset in their high-end Grand series.
It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, has a 13 megapixel camera and 2GB of memory.
The Grand S will be available for online purchase in China first in Q1 of this year, although no UK release date has been given. It will be 4G compatible.
The device is understood to be the last one in the Grand series, which also includes the Grand Era and Grand X.
ZTE corporate vice president Kan Yulun said: “We understand that today’s consumers call for advanced features and state-of-the-art multimedia options in their handsets. The ZTE Grand S confidently addresses those demands.”
