Summary

A tough query this week, but everyone except Three gave it a decent attempt and passed on advice based on their own experiences.

Unfortunately, the advice given varied widely and it was difficult to know whose opinion to believe. It appeared none of the staff had been told the company line on this.

John at Virgin put forward a good argument for Lookout, with extra marks for showing how it worked and the fact he used it himself.

EE’s attendant outlined the dangers of having no security very well, while Dan at Vodafone questioned whether I needed it at all.
