Bluetooth hardware manufacturer will either buy premises or build their own on acquired land to cater for increasing volumes and staff numbers
Bluechipworld is searching for new head offices and warehouse facilities to cater for the continued growth of the business.
The Hednesford-based company, is looking either to buy existing property or purchase land and build its own facility.
It would be Bluechipworld’s third office move since its establishment in the UK in July 2009, having spent the past 18 months in its current premises at the Keys Business Park in Cannock, Staffordshire. In January 2011, it opened its first warehouse within this facility.
In the past six months, Bluechipworld has appointed eight new people, taking the company’s total headcount to 27 people.
This month, it appointed Harry Gascoigne as national account manager with responsibility for building and strengthening the firm’s customer portfolio in the UK.
The company has also appointed Iain McNally as account director in charge of its Irish business as well as adding Mandeep Chera and Sam Potter to its finance team.
Last December, Bluechipworld said it would take its staff count to 30 people before the end of this year in order to help expand its presence in the market and improve internal efficiency.
Bluechipworld managing director Simon Hassell (pictured) said: “The office is full and we’ve never had so many people here. The orders are coming in and the business is growing all the time. We need bigger office space, a bigger warehouse and a new product showroom. We’re looking at building our own premises or buying an existing one, and we’re weighing up the best route for us to take there.”
