Contract includes the management of 4,500 O2 mobile connections, IP telephone system and new Cloud network
UC dealer Azzurri has signed a three year deal with waste management company Biffa which includes call centre services, fixed-line and mobile services.
Included in the contract is a new Cloud WAN network in its 200 UK sites, 4,500 O2 mobile connections, call centre refit, IP telephone system comprising 2,500 new SIP endpoints and an upgrade of its existing Cisco handsets.
Under the deal the firm’s entire communications estate will be managed by Azzurri.
