Ingram Micro will add Oaisys, a supplier of call recording technology, to its list of UC parters which also includes ShoreTel, Cisco and Jabra
Ingram Micro has signed up call recording technology vendor Oaisys to its unified communications division.
Oaisys were founded in 1996 and have been trading in the UK since 2002, developing call recording and contact centre management software solutions.
Ingram Micro director of advanced solutions, UK division, Jon Bunyard said the addition of Oaisys “lends significant weight” to their unified communications offering – which already includes products and services from ShoreTel, Microsoft Lync, Cisco and Jabra.
Bunyard said: “We look forward to developing a strong working relationship with Oaisys and helping facilitate their growth in the UK channel.”
Oaisys managing director Kevin Burns said: “Voice compliance and quality monitoring requirements are growing concerns for the SMB and midmarket. This distribution agreement with Ingram Micro allows our partners to capitalise on that rising demand.”
