Mobile phone recycling firm moves HQ close to Edinburgh Airport as it continues to expand globally
Redeem has moved to a new HQ in Bathgate, West Lothian, to fuel its continued international expansion.
The firm’s existing office in Falkirk will remain open as the base of its processing operation, staffed by 40 employees.
The new office is just off the M8 and closer to Edinburgh Airport, giving Redeem better connections to its international partners and the rest of the UK.
In the past six months the firm has added operators in Slovakia and Israel to its customer base, which also includes O2 in the UK.
CEO Claes Svensson told Mobile News: “The new offices provide us with high-quality office accommodation situated at the heart of major travel connections to Europe. It will make it easier for our customers to get to us and it also offers better facilities for staff.
“The major increase in floor space allows us room for growth and a chance to host on-site customer-focused events. We continue to retain a link with our roots in Falkirk where we maintain our processing operation, and currently employ around 40 people there.”
