Contract extends in and out of warranty service offered to the retailer by repairs specialist, which also provides a range of after sales support functions to its customers
ANOVO has signed a new exclusive contract with Phones 4U that extends the current in and out of warranty service offered to the retailer’s customers.
The companies have been working together since 2007, with ANOVO providing a suite of after-sales support functions to Phones 4U from its site in Norwich.
These comprise call centre support covering technical returns avoidance and the ‘Fix and Go’ online returns avoidance service that enables the retailer’s customers to resolve product issues online, a service aimed at reducing unnecessary returns and improving customer satisfaction.
Other services offered include in- and out-of-warranty repair for customer devices, which are serviced directly from both the Phones 4U retail estate and online, as well as a web portal to provide customers with full visibility of the progress of their repair.

ANOVO has an extensive accreditation, a strong record of first time fixes and a contact strategy which provides support to our customers and almost 700 Phones 4U retail stores nationwide.”
