Facility includes advice on business issues and tips on how to take advantage of the latest technology
Daisy has launched an online resource centre to help SMEs to take advantage of technology including cloud services and mobile working.
The online portal features white papers on a variety of topics and video tutorials on how to use some of the latest innovations available from the distributor.
It is available through the Daisy website to all SMEs regardless of whether they are Daisy customers. The service also includes an ‘ask the expert’ section where managers can receive advice on business issues and access surveys and market reports.
Daisy Group marketing director Kate O’Brien said: “Small to medium sized organisation are the key to the UK’s business growth and are the ones that are helping drive the economic recovery. The tools they use to manage their business communications, from websites and handsets, all the way through to storing customer data, are critical for them.
“As a central hub, (the Resource Centre) means owners don’t have to spend valuable business hours hunting out or paying to access support or information on how technology can benefit their business. As a business-focussed organisation it was important to us that we put all our available expertise and research at the disposal of this incredibly influential and important community.”
