Avenir adds churn management tool to its partner portal

Airtime distributor’s dealers now have a complete overview of their monthly churn performance and customer contracts

Avenir Telecom has upgraded its partner portal with the addition of an online churn management tool.

This enables all partners to have full visibility of their monthly churn performance and of their customer’s contract tenure and expiry dates.

Avenir said this data will be invaluable in helping partners manage the retention of their customers, pre-empt or minimise churn, and identify customers that are eligible for upgrades well in advance.

The portal is aimed at giving all partners a single reference point for information including billing, revenue share, retention, CSI, insurance, network information and marketing tools.

Avenir Telecom managing director Andy Tow (pictured) said: “Our partner portal is continuously being developed to be best in class. Our partners are able to access all the information that they need for the continued success of their business. We aim to deliver administrative excellence to our partners, to ensure they have time to concentrate on their existing customers, to do their selling and grow their customer bases.”
