Airtime distributor’s dealers now have a complete overview of their monthly churn performance and customer contracts
Avenir Telecom has upgraded its partner portal with the addition of an online churn management tool.
This enables all partners to have full visibility of their monthly churn performance and of their customer’s contract tenure and expiry dates.
Avenir said this data will be invaluable in helping partners manage the retention of their customers, pre-empt or minimise churn, and identify customers that are eligible for upgrades well in advance.
The portal is aimed at giving all partners a single reference point for information including billing, revenue share, retention, CSI, insurance, network information and marketing tools.
