Questionnaire finds high level of satisfaction among the products and services provided by the airtime distributor
Daisy Distribution’s first partner survey has revealed that 91 per cent of its dealers would recommend the company to their peers.
The aim of the survey, which was conducted earlier this year, was to provide a view into the service a partner receives through their time with the distributor.
Partners were asked to rate their satisfaction of the experience they have had with the different business areas: delivery and dispatch (91 per cent), connections team (89 per cent), sales support (87 per cent), business development manager (76 per cent) and the time management of commission payments (76 per cent).
The distributor said that following the success of this survey, it will be holding a similar one annually, with smaller quarterly surveys targeting specific areas of the business.
Daisy Distribution marketing director Julien Parven (pictured) said: “As the first survey of its kind, we were really happy with the number of partners who took part and by the results we achieved. It was clear from the responses that the personal approach we take with our partners is an element of our service which they really appreciate.
“As well as making us aware of the services which our partners are happy with, the survey results also highlighted areas that we may need to focus on in the future. It is a great way to allow our partners to voice their opinions and for us as a business to continuously improve our service to them.”
