Summary

A straightforward request for the retail staff of Milton Keynes this week, but I was surprised by the lack of excitement about the new Galaxy device.

Martin was clearly sold on the handset and that came across. This was in stark contrast to Carphone’s James, who clearly wasn’t impressed by any of its new features.

O2 and EE’s sales staff seemed as if they knew very little about the handset, while Toby at Phones 4U appeared sick of trying to sell it.

In the end the two most enthusiastic sales assistants shone through and it was a close call, with Vodafone unlucky not to win.
