Customers will be contacted this week about increase effective from July 10
EE is set to increase the price of some of its Orange price-plans aimed at small businesses, the operator has confirmed.
The average increase will be 90p when the increase takes effect on July 10 with effected customers being contacted by the operator by post later this week.
To protect against any future rises EE is encouraging small business customers to sign-up to its ‘Fix Your Monthly Price Plan’ scheme which will cost an average of 42p per month depending on the price-plan.
A spokesperson for EE said: “As a result of rising business costs, we are having to increase the price of some of our Orange small business plans. Typically the increase will be 90p a month.
“We know prices rises are never great news, but we always aim to offer great value to our customers as well as the best service on the UK’s biggest 3G network.”
