LTE version to be available in the UK as manufacturer expands its Galaxy Ace range
Samsung has unveiled details of the Galaxy Ace 3 as the manufacturer continues to broaden its smartphone portfolio.
Depending on the market, the device will be available in two different versions – 3G or LTE. The latter will be available in the UK. A release date and details of sale are yet to be released.
The Galaxy Ace 3 will be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and will run the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It will have a five megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, HD video recording and 8GB of internal memory that can be expanded to 64GB with a microSD card.
The smartphone will also come with a number of Samsung services. ‘S Translator’ provides instantaneous translations; ‘S Travel’ provides guides and information for trips; while ‘Smart Stay’ recognises when a user is looking at the phone and saves battery life by dimming the screen and powering down.
