Customers who pre-order the 4G variant of the Android tablet from tomorrow will receive it on its September 13 launch day
O2 will be the only operator to stock a 4G version of the Google Nexus 7 when it launches next month, it revealed today.
The operator will also offer wi-fi versions of the tablet when it launches on September 13.
From tomorrow (August 29), customers can pre-order the 4G-ready version of the Nexus 7 for £319.99 and receive it on launch day, together with a free case worth £29.99.
The wi-fi only version will cost £249.99 and will be available to pre-order “soon”, O2 said.
The tablet has a seven inch screen, quad-core processor and runs on Android Jellybean 4.3.
O2 general manager of devices David Johnson said: “The new Nexus 7 is a fantastic way to experience Android, whether you’re using it for the first time or have used it before.”
