Operator will offer new Apple handsets on a variety of tariffs with up-front iPhone 5C prices starting at £9.99 and 5S prices starting at £19.99
EE has revealed its full pricing structure for Apple’s latest handsets, the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S, ahead of their release on September 20.
There are a range of 24-month 4GEE plans to choose from, each coming with unlimited calls and texts and varying amounts of inclusive data. The plans begin at £26 per month for 500mb of data, increasing to £51 per month for 20GB of data.
The cost of the handsets will depend on the plan purchased, with up-front prices starting at £9.99 for the iPhone 5C and £19.99 for the flagship 5S on the highest monthly tariffs.
The operator added that the iPhone 5C is available to pre-order immediately in-store, online, and through telesales. The iPhone 5S will be available on the day of its release.
Existing EE contract customers will be able to make use of EE’s upgrade offers, such as EE ‘Early Upgrade’ which provides a discount of up to 33 per cent on a customer’s outstanding plan, or EE’s new ‘Swap’ plan which allows customers with eligible devices to trade in at any point from six months into a 18 or 24 month contract and upgrade for a one-off fee.
Customers in the last 45 days of their plan can upgrade for free as part of EE’s standard upgrade process.
EE chief marketing officer Pippa Dunn said: “As the UK’s biggest and fastest network, we’re delighted to offer iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C to customers on our superfast 4GEE service and our Orange and T-Mobile plans.
“iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C are packed with great features which when combined with our double speed 4G network, allows customers to make the very most from their mobile experience.”
