Samsung is launching a new mobile support centre in Teddington this week offering a one-hour repair service.
The centre, launched in collaboration with local electrical repairs company The Repair Station, will also give customers the chance to receive up-to-date advice on Samsung devices.
The Repair Station will include an in-house workshop where customers will be able to update their products with the latest software and resolve suspected technical issues. A premium one hour repair service will also be available.
The centre will open on 9:30 on Friday November 15.
Samsung electronics UK and Ireland service director Brian Ford said: “Samsung is delighted to announce the launch of its first Mobile Support Centre in the South East region, as we look to grow our nationwide network of support services and give our customers the very best user experience. We hope that the launch of this new face-to-face facility will provide our customers in the region with unparalleled support for all of their Samsung mobile products.”
The Repair Station Managing Director Glen Coleman said: “We are incredibly excited and proud to be Samsung’s First Mobile Support Centre in the South East region, this is recognition of our hard work and determination to provide the highest levels of customer service possible. Our new look store and service centre gives us the platform to develop these services, in collaboration with Samsung we intend to roll out more stores, delivering great service to Samsung’s customers.”
