Two new business development managers recruited with general manager Ian Aitken handed extra responsibilities
Exertis Micro-P has added two new business development managers to its visual solutions team.
Tracy Barrow (pictured) joins the company from Watford-based projector manufacturer Optoma, while Jerome Slater has been promoted from his role as AV sales manager after joining Micro-P in January 2012 from property protection specialist SitexOrbis.
Furthermore, general manager for the visual division Ian Aitken has been given direct responsibility for the AV business development managers and the technical AV and solutions team.
Exertis Micro-P said that the changes would integrate and unify the visual and solutions team – which now has 16 members – from initial strategic planning to sales execution.
The company currently supplies a range of professional AV products, including projectors, TFT, large format displays and accessories, as well technical support and installation services.
Slater commented: “The growth of this experienced team since I joined nearly two years ago has been astounding and I am confident that we can continue to grow our footprint in the professional AV channel and capture the hearts and minds of our key partners.”
