Distributor partner with mobile operator to enable its partners to sell One Net Business product
Vodafone has reinstated Carphone Warehouse Buisness as an airtime distributor – as it seeks to drive sales of One Net Business through the indirect channel.
The new agreement will initially roll out to between 10-15 CPWB dealer partners, which CPWB refused to name, before a wider roll out in the coming months. Partners will only be able to sign customers
that include Vodafone One Net Business product for now.
Training and accreditation courses will be held by CPWB throughout January, with dealers also receiving marketing support and tools to help promote the product.
CPWB head of B2B Bob Sweetlove (pictured) said: “There is a growing customer appetite to pull together mobile and fixed services under one roof and we want our dealers to be able to support and benefit from this trend.”
Vodafone axed CPWB (then HSC) in 2006, following a strategy review which also saw Fone Logistics – now Daisy Distribution – and Carphone Warehouse retail axed.
£10,000 bonus boost for Vodafone dealers
Vodafone Gold and Silver partners are being offered connection bonuses of up to £10,000 throughout its Q4 (ending March 31).
Gold partners, will receive £50 for each new connection, provided they achieve at least 250 connections during the quarter.
The same rules apply for Vodafone’s third tier Silver Partners, who have to connect at least 200 connections during the same period.
