The distributor will work with the manufacturer to develop value-added servicesExertis Micro-P has signed a deal with Kazam that will see it work with the smartphone manufacturer to create service propositions.
The distributor said it wanted to work the manufacturer is known for the services it offers customers – such as ‘Kazam Rescue’, which allows employees to remotely access a smartphone to fix it during a single call to a customer centre.
Kazam also offers free cracked-screen replacement during the first year of a device’s life.
It will work with Exertis Micro-P to expand its service offering.

We will be looking at jointly developing propositions for certain areas of the market to enhance that service value-add.

Kazam UK and Ireland sales director Rakesh Odedra said it chose Exertis Micro-P as the two companies “share the same values”.
