Ten successful applicants will begin their 18-month placements on October 20 across outlets in London and Manchester
O2 has launched an apprenticeship scheme that will see 10 people gain 18 month placements across stores in London and Manchester.
It an extension of the company’s existing apprenticeship programme which has provided hundreds of young people the opportunity to gain experience in a range of departments and skills, including operations, sales, marketing, IT and networks.
The retail apprentices will receive face-to-face, online and sales floor coaching, with each of them matched with their own personal mentor, as well as the importance of customer experience the the operator. All O2 apprentices are also offered a permanent role from the start.
Applications for retail apprenticeships are now open and close at noon, with successful applicants beginning their apprenticeships on October 20.
