It is just 5.15mm thick and weighs 95.5g. It will go on sale in the UK from mid-November for £249 SIM-free in black and white.

The Tornado 348 will introduce a new range for the manufacturer, adding to the nine handsets across its Thunder, Trooper and Life ranges.

It is powered by a 1.7GHz octo-core processor and runs the Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, housing a 4.8-inch AMOLED HD touchscreen made from toughened Gorilla Glass.

Also featured are eight megapixel rear and five megapixel front cameras, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and a 2,050mAh battery.

KAZAM CEO Michael Coombes said: “KAZAM remains focused on innovating in areas often overlooked. The Tornado 348 combines superior design with heavy-hitting features, all backed up by the KAZAM proposition, adding real value for consumers.”
