Operator now taking pre-orders on ‘Light Gold’ version of Motorola’s first smartwatch
O2 has signed an exclusive deal with Motorola to offer its Moto 360 smartwatch in a ‘Light Gold’ colour variant.
The Moto 360 first went on sale in the UK, including through O2 last March.
The new and exclusive gold colour variant will be available from April 23 through O2 stores, but customers pre ordering before 10pm April 20 will receive their device two days earlier, April 21.
The gold variant model costs £249.99, £50 more than Motorola are charging for the standard black variant on its official website (see below).
Features on the Android run wearable device include; a 1.5 inch circular touch LCD screen (320 x 290 resolution), built in microphone, bluetooth connectivity (compatible with handsets running Android 4.3 or above), 4GB memory and a 320mAh ‘all day’ battery.
