Operator’s customers have received a text message suggesting they register their interest in the services by visiting a page entitled ‘Vodafone Connect’ on its website
Vodafone has opened pre-registrations for its home broadband and landline service, which the operator confirmed will launch in the Spring.
The operator’s customers have received a text message suggesting the register their interest by visiting a page on its website entitled: ‘Vodafone Connect’. This is expected to be the brand name for the services.
They are required to fill in personal details, including whether they are a current Vodafone customer as well as who their current broadband and landline providers are, whether they are in contract with them and when that is due to end.
When Vodafone is ready to launch the service in the coming weeks, customers will be contacted with further information.
It will see the firm able to offer a triple-play bundle to customers in mobile, landline and home broadband.
The expected addition of a TV service later this year will then enable Vodafone to offer quad-play bundles, in competition with the likes of BT, Virgin Media and TalkTalk.
