Introducing Mobile News TV

Welcome to the first broadcast of Mobile News TV, our new service to give you a quick news roundup in an appealing and informative way. In the weeks to come Mobile News Television will be mixing news with video clips of the latest products and events covered by our news hounds.

“We’re in the age of Web 2.0 and social networking,” said Mobile News business development director Garry Wybourn.

“Since 1991 our print edition has given the channel an oft-copied news and information service and it remains the core product of Mobile News’ industry coverage. Now Mobile News TV will give our readers a new dimension of content, and a new way to keep up-to-date with all the latest goings-on in the industry.”

The first episode of MNTV covers Vodafone’s £500 million deal with reseller Onecom, Ingram Micro’s move into airtime with Compare52, and the future of Mobile by Sainsbury’s following the collapse of its MVNO agreement with Vodafone.
