He joins the likes of BT Group CEO Gavin Patterson and Huawei deputy chairman and CEO Guo Ping at next year’s event in Barcelona
Vodafone Group CEO has been confirmed as one of the keynote speakers at next year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
He joins a list of new speakers announced by the event’s organisers, including BT Group CEO Gavin Patterson, Huawei deputy chairman and CEO Guo Ping and Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins.
These are in addition to previously announced keynote speakers for the annual trade show from February 22-25 at the Fira Gran Via, which include Eircsson president and CEO Hans Vestberg, Paypal president and CEO Dan Schulman and GSMA director general designate Mats Granryd.
GSMA chief marketing officer Michael O’Hara said: “We have an outstanding line-up of chief executives confirmed for this year’s Mobile World Congress, including several who are first-time keynotes at Barcelona.
“This year’s speakers will share insights on a range of hot topics in mobile, from mobile identity to the Internet of Things, from digital inclusion to industry disruption, from network evolution to entertainment, among others.”
