This week on Mobile News TV, Lenovo has announced plans to ditch the Motorola branding from its handsets. Motorola is the brand that brought us the first ever phone call, and iconic handsets including the V3 Razr.

Also, we take a look at the biggest launches from this year’s CES in Las Vegas. The likes of Huawei, LG, Samsung, and FitBit all launched new products at the consumer trade show.

We also get an analyst’s view on the news that Olaf Swantee will leave EE following BT’s takeover. Swantee has been CEO at the operator since 2011 and will be replaced by chief marketing officer Mark Allera when the deal is finalised.
