Samsung launched its flagship Galaxy S7 range at this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 21
EE has bagged a UK exclusive on the Pearl White version of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.
The Samsung flagship, launched in front of a packed crowd at this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 21, has been on sale in the UK for over a month (March 11).
The handset comes with 5.1 inch screen (5.5 inches on the edge) with super-AMOLED technology which Samsung claims makes it more vibrant.
It is powered by an octa-core (2.3GHz Quad + 1.6GHz Quad), 64 bit processor with 4G of RAM and a 3,000mAh battery. The battery also includes both fast-charging and wireless charging technology.
Samsung UK and Ireland VP forIT and Mobile Conor Pierce said: “The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge have reignited the smartphone market since it launched in March. We’re really excited to be bringing the exclusive Pearl White edition to EE customers today.”
The White Pearl S7 and S7 edge are available for pre-order now both online and in store. Existing customers who upgrade to the 32GB white Galaxy S7 on EE will receive it free on a £45.99 a month, 24 month 4GEE Extra plan, which comes with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 4GB of mobile data a month.
Meanwhile, the 32GB Galaxy S7 edge in white is available for just £29.99 on a £50.99 a month, 24 month plan, and comes with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 20GB of mobile data a month. 4GEE Extra plans give customers access to the UK’s fastest 4G speeds, and inclusive calls and texts when travelling in the European Union.
EE director of devices Sharon Meadows said: “We’re pleased to be extending our offering with the exclusive white pearl edition of this handset.”
