Gusto adds industry vets McCormac and Lee to drive sales

New finance and operations director Neil McCormac joins from Kondor where he was financial director between 2003 and 2014

Gusto Telecom has appointed two industry veterans to senior management roles as it looks to target multiple market and retail segments.

Neil McCormac has joined as finance and operations director, having spent 11 years at Kondor as financial director between 2003 and 2014. He takes over from Stephanie Cotterill, who had held the same role on an interim basis since last October. She now becomes commercial manager in a newly-created role.

Jamie Lee has also joined as head of retail in a new position, charged with expanding Gusto’s national and global footprint. He joins from accessories manufacturer Targus, where he was UK and Ireland national sales manager for three-and- a-half years. Prior to that, he was senior national account manager at rival Belkin for three years.

The appointments come as Banbury-based Gusto looks to increase staff count from 40 to 55 before the end of the year.
