O2 wins Customer Focus Award at HSBC Franchisor of the Year ceremony

O2 picked up the award for Customer Focus at this year’s HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards in Nottingham.

The awards ceremony was held last week (June 23) at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. It has been running for nearly 30 years and other awards included Franchisor of the Year, Innovation, Franchisee Recruitment and Emerging Franchisor. Other winners included McDonald’s.

O2 was recognised by judges for its level of customer service and the way it delivers a personalised service to all of its customers. O2 head of franchising and store operations Martin Jordan said: “We’re honoured and delighted to have received the Customer Focus award. Our franchise stores are run by passionate and talented entrepreneurs who know their local communities, and know their customers.”
