Andrew Collis and David Neal have together amassed almost 50 years of experience in the channel
TeleWare has appointed ex-BT employees Andrew Collis and David Neal in managerial roles, as part of its three year growth plan.
Neal (left) joins TeleWare as a senior partner. He amassed over 30 years of experience in commercial sales in the channel, 22 years with BT.
His stint with BT Global Services began in 2002 when he was Infonet vice president of sales until 2007, when he assumed the role of general manager of client relationship management.
Neal departed the telecoms giant as head of access and business management in 2015.
Prior to Teleware Neal served as a business consultant with consultancy firm Larato since departing BT.
Collis (right) joins the telecommunications provider as senior channel manager, responsible for all aspects of channel management and development for key partner, BT Group. Collis has amassed 18 years of experience in the UK channel.
He worked with BT Conferencing from 2008 to 2011 as senior managed service consultant for the EMEA, and as sales business manager form 20011 to 2014 where he oversaw the unified communications team.
After BT he spent two years with Vodafone Global Enterprise as principle solutions sales manager, prior to TeleWare.
Speaking to Mobile News in July TeleWare CEO Steve Haworth said he aims to double revenue to £20 million in the next three years through acquisitions, organic growth and new product launches.
Ambitious growth trajectory
Commenting on the appointments Haworth said: “TeleWare is on an ambitious growth trajectory over the next three years and now is the time for experienced, ambitious individuals such as Andrew and David to join the fold.”
Collis added: “The business has heavily invested in its partners and I am looking forward to being involved in the front line of sales and helping to create a strategy and vision for the BT Group.”
Neal commented: “I was drawn to the company due to its innovation, unique positioning within the channel and a very impressive team.”
