Westcoast has appointed Craig Waters (above) as the head of services, a newly-created role to boost service offerings.

Water’s recent role was a head of procurement at Misco UK which has now gone into administration. At Misco UK he was responsible for managing a team of 18 in the UK and Budapest. Controlling spend of more than £200m for IT related products and services.

He spent over 16 years at Ingram Micro taking on both UK and European roles, he was responsible for leading the channel for Fujitsu and Belkin.

Craig Waters said:”My key focus was the clearing aged stock, as well as the management of day to day stock buying, and drop ship orders.”

This new role required someone who was from the industry and had the experience of looking at the complete model to develop these services, Westcoast believe that Waters brings this with wealth of experience from Vendor, Reseller and Distribution.

Perfectly placed

Waters added: “I look forward to expanding the already extensive range of services that Westcoast offers to vendors and customers and to helping Westcoast’s remarkable growth continue.”
