T-Mobile drops Wish

Northants B2B dealer Wish Communications has been axed by T-Mobile.

T-Mobile head of independent retail Roger Fletcher (pictured) said: “T-Mobile has served notice to end its trading relationship with Wish Communications after becoming aware of negative customer experience arising from certain cashback arrangements.

“We remain highly committed to the channel and will continue to work closely with partners that deliver quality business.”

Wish was a T-Mobile Business Partner. It made 9,000 T-Mobile connections in 2007, but “hardly any” this year, according to Wish managing director Mike Hallam. It has altered its business plan, and continues to connect Orange through Mainline and Vodafone through Yes Telecom.
