The Link and TMTI offer Rocket support

For £3.99, the Rocket Scientist technical support pack, a derivative of TMTI’s Gadget Helpline, provides 15 minutes of mobile phone technical support. It comes with a direct line support number which puts customers straight through to an advisor.

TMTI managing director Crispin Thomas said: “This is part of our strategy to monetise customer service while providing excellent support.

“Rocket Scientist will give retailers more mileage out of prepay sales.
