New Belfast call centre for B2B dealer as it maintains service promise

O2 B2B dealer Barclay Communications has opened a new 36-seat call centre in Belfast, and is recruiting to fill it.

Barclay Communications managing director Britt Megahey (pictured) said: “Thanks to our O2 partnership and product diversity we have been lucky to continue growing in spite of the economic conditions and now we are boosting our staff numbers again with the new call centre, plus a number of new positions.”

The call centre will serve the firm’s existing SME base in Northern Ireland. Other account management teams in the company will now concentrate on large, new and UK businesses.

O2 head of partners Maggie Kennedy said: “Barclay into its account management. Barclay provided the highest satisfaction in our recent customer survey so I can only see this moving it from strength to strength.”

Barclay has expanded to offer landline, broadband, IT, SatNav and repairs besides mobile.
