Carphone Warehouse will launch its Christmas TV campaign featuring TV personality Keith Lemon on November 19 during the airing of reality tv show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The advert features Lemon travelling to the Australian outback for Christmas, only to discover seasonal celebrations unlike those in Britain.
Carphone Warehouse chief marketing officer Julian Diment said: “There’s nothing wrong with cutesy snowmen and Santas in Christmas ads, but we thought we’d try something different. Keith Lemon in the outback – it’s as wrong as being on the wrong phone deal.”
