Certification will benefit company in a number of ways, including added technical support, productivity tools, online training, marketing resources and sales promotions

Daisy Group has achieved the Cisco Gold Partner accreditation, making it one of 35 across the UK to hold the standard.

This enables the telecoms and IT services provider to gain access to increased technical support, productivity tools, online training, marketing resources and sales promotions.

As well as being able to brand itself as a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, Daisy will also be invited to Cisco-sponsored partner events, access to over 100 Cisco compatible SIP-approved solutions and connection to over 300 providers ad hundreds of cloud solutions.

The Gold certification rounds off a broad Cisco capability for the company, which includes the Cisco Advanced accreditation across collaboration, data centre services, security, WiFi and enterprise networks.

Daisy Group CEO Neil Muller said: “In order for us to cater to the evolving needs of our customers, it is essential that we grow our capabilities in line with the dynamics of the converging marketplace. This certification of Gold Partnership with Cisco is an example of us doing just that.

“Cisco is one of our key business partners, and our continued investment enables us to provide our customers with the very best in business communications and IT infrastructure solutions and services.

“We are now able to offer our SMB and mid-market customers the option of a single provider, who has the capability and care to support their complete telecommunications and IT landscape,=. In today’s ever-evolving marketplace, I believe that puts us in a very strong position.”
