Daisy launches Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and BlackBerry promotion

Dealers purchasing BlackBerry 10 smartphones will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November  

Daisy Distribution has partnered with BlackBerry that will see one of its dealers with a trip to the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November.

For every BlackBerry Z10, Q10 and Q5 smartphone a dealer buys from August 20 until September 26, they will receive a ticket to enter the prize draw.

The promotion is open to Daisy Distribution’s existing partners, those acquired through the purchase of MoCo Communications in June and any other independent channel partners.

The winner will be rewarded with a pair of tickets to the grand prix from November 1-4, flights by Etihad Airways from Manchester or London to Abu Dhabi, five star accommodation for four nights, three day race access including entry to the post-race concert with the teams and drivers, a team gift back, and premium passes to the Yas Island theme parks.

The package comes as a result of BlackBerry’s position as ‘Mobile Computing Partner’ of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One team.

The terms of the competition include handsets across all networks as well as SIM-free devices, regardless of whether it is connected through Daisy or not. The only requirement is the purchased device must be connected to a UK network.

Not only are we able to treat one of our partners to this fantastic prize, but through this promotion we can raise further awareness of the BB10 range and hopefully increase sales of these handsets as a result.”
