Everything Everywhere, Orange and T-Mobile outlets will carry the new logo and redesigned shop fittings by October 30

All 700 T-Mobile and Orange stores will be rebranded with the new EE logo by the end of the month, with many of the old Everything Everywhere stores already carrying the new design, a spokesman told Mobile News.

The comments came following today’s EE Live event, which will teach 12,000 internal staff and 3,000 partners about the new brand over its four days at the Birmingham NEC.

Staff and guests were also given a view of the what the newly-completed stores will look like after October 30, with larger stores offering free Wi-Fi, refreshment points and displays of handsets separated by operating system.

A programme of refurbishments have been taking place across the country over the last few months with updated Orange and T-Mobile stores being painted largely grey with just a patch of either orange or magenta behind the tills, making them easy to rebrand.

The EE brand launches at the end of the month with its 4G service initially available in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield and Cardiff. This will be increased to 16 cities by the end of the year, covering a third of the UK population.

Tariff details are still to be revealed, however its existing Orange and T-Mobile customers can now buy 4G-ready devices which they can move onto the new brand as soon as it becomes available in their area.
