TXO board boosted with new chairman and non-executive directors

Sustainable telecoms equipment and solutions provider TXO has appointed ex-BT executive Kevin Taylor MBE as Chairman. 

Taylor: former BT regional president

Taylor has 30 years of experience in investor and government relations, as well as technology and services ventures. He served as BT president in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey regions, being part of the Global Services Leadership team.

D’Herde: sustainability epertise

Additionally, ex-Vodafone Group Head of Sustainable Business at Vodafone Group, Dorothée D’Herde, and marketing expert Ruth Rowan have been appointed non-executive directors. D’Herde, apart from running Vodafone Group’s sustainability program, was also the Director of Sustainability and Social Impact at McKinsey & Company.

Rowan: in charge of marketing

Ruth Rowan joins TXO from IT consultants Avanade and will oversee TXO’s global marketing strategy, brand development, and corporate communications. She has previously worked at NTT, Dimension Data, and BT before joining Avanade in February 2022.

Taylor commented, “Dorothée’s ESG leadership and Ruth’s experience in global telecoms marketing will bring informed perspectives to address our customers’ present and future challenges. Their contributions will be invaluable.”
