87 per cent of businesses say IoT is critical to future success

Substantial growth in IoT demand and mobile connectivity over lockdown has led to a surge in Pangea’s roster of IoT specialists.

The company has announced it has expanded its team by 54 per cent in response to Vodafone’s IoT Spotlight 2020 which highlighted that 87 per cent of business think IoT is critical to future success.

New recruits include Lee Simpson and Natash Terlecki who have joined Pangea’s Sales team as their newest partner account managers.

They join Jo Ryan and Rich Crossingham, Pangea’s new Business Development Directors who joined the company last year.

The company has also welcomed new engineers who will join Pangea’s new operations manager Donovan Labuschagne who began leading the IoT support team last year.

Pangea MD Dan Cunliffe: “Chris, Ben, Natasha and Lee are all experts in their fields, and we’re lucky to have them”.

“They’ve already fit right in with the team, and having them onboard will help us serve our partners even better, from both an Ops and Sales perspective.”

“With new IoT devices on the market, 5G network coverage ramping up, and the PSTN network switch-off around the corner, the wireless connectivity market is growing fast. So we’ll keep expanding the team to help our partners take advantage of the growing IoT opportunity.”
