Further expansion planned by firm including new mobile website.
Mobile accessories retailer Mobile Fun is recruiting additional members of staff following the opening of new premises in Birmingham Science Park Aston.
The company is recruiting for five new PHP web developers for its e-commerce sites which are a key part of the firms international expansion plans. There are also graduate opportunities which the company hopes to fill with the talent pool from the Science Park and the area’s universities.
The new positions come off the back of the firm purchasing gaming accessories manufacturer Playfect for an undisclosed fee last month.
“With our expansion to Birmingham Science Park Aston, we expect to attract talented developers from the growing number of e-commerce, digital and gaming businesses based there,” said managing director, Mohammed Hussain (pictured).
“We believe that Birmingham needs to attract and retain new graduates as well as experienced developers by offering opportunities in dynamic and growing companies.”
The firm will also launch a new mobile site later this year.
