Olive describes contract win as “significant” for their unified communications and cloud capabilities

Olive Communications has sealed a deal with life and health insurance provider, Admin Re, worth £5 million

The agreement covers the design, implementation and management of a cloud-based unified communications and contact centre platform built on the Mitel platform.

It will be installed in the early part of 2015 across three sites and will be used by 2,000 office-based employees. The system will allow for scale to be added in line with Admin Re’s growth plans and expectations.

It will be located over two data centres and will be delivered via a private cloud for enhanced security.

The 300 seat contact centre will incorporate workforce management tools, voice recording applications and an IVR platform. It will also act as the singular communication system for front- and back-office functions.

“The communications and IT sector is undergoing significant change and those customers with a clear vision about what they want to achieve will gain significant ground over those who resist change in the way they communicate with their customers,” said Olive chief executive officer Martin Flick.

“Admin Re really took the time to build a list of requirements that were non-negotiable, and Olive is delighted to deliver those requirements in a long term partnership.”
