Vodafone platinum partner wins annual development award for the second time

Norfolk-based B2B dealer One Stream has won the “prestigious” Business Development Award at a business awards ceremony in Norwich run by a local newspaper.

The Vodafone platinum partner, alongside its consumer arm Digital Phone Company, was awarded the prize based on demonstrating how it has grown its overall business through innovation, planned development and strategic investment.

The annual business awards, run by Archant-owned newspaper Eastern Daily Press (EDP) celebrates the achievements of individual companies.

One Stream beat two other finalists to the award, including haulage firm Foulger and oil and gas sea-liner company Seajacks.

It is the second time the firm has claimed the award after its sister company Digital Insurance Services won it back in 2006.

Digital Phone Company was also named EDP Business of the Year in 2002.

One Stream chairman Phil Rider said: “It is a testament to the dedication and hard work of both our staff and board of directors who have steered the company through these challenging economic times to emerge as a winner against such strong competition.

“We will continue to invest in our company, to fulfil our vision of getting more and more Norfolk businesses enjoying the benefits of truly unified communications so that they can be sure they are fully utilising the latest technology to add value to their own company.”
