Companies extend contract for undisclosed period of time that sees ANOVO provide support to Phones 4U’s customers

Retailer Phones 4U has extended its call centre and technical services partnership with repair and logistics company ANOVO.

Phones 4U, which first worked with ANOVO in 2007, refused to reveal the length of the deal however, citing confidentiality agreements.

The agreement with ANOVO provides Phones 4U customers with technical advice on their new or existing devices, as well as helping them to decide on their next purchase.

The service is managed by staff in ANOVO’s Enfield call centre and is available in Phones 4U’s 580 retail stores or by calling a free number.

The companies claim that since the first contract was signed, customer experience and retention levels have improved significantly.

Phones 4U associate merchandising director Dave Ware said: “Phones 4U always strives to ensure our customers have the best support when it comes to product-related user issues, and that is where ANOVO comes in.

“ANOVO has extensive experience in the technology space and we are pleased they are providing technical support to both our customers and the more than 580 Phones 4U retail stores.”

ANOVO UK CEO Kevin Coleman (pictured) said: “This is a key service offering and one that forms a major part of our services strategy moving forward.”
