Samsung launches Galaxy J6

The smartphone will feature in black, lavender and gold

Samsung has added to its budget range unveiling the Galaxy J6.

The manufacturer has not confirmed a prepaid price but confirmed the 5.6-inch device will come in black, lavender and gold. It is down for a summer release although a solid timeframe is to be confirmed, as is retailer partners.

The display has Samsung’s Super AMOLED technology which will show resolution at  720 x 1,480.

Under the hood is a 1.6GHz processor (Exynos 7870) with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal, memory (upgradeable via microSD).

The snapper stands at 13MP while the front is 8MP. The plastic body measures at 149.3 x 70.2 x 8.2 mm.

Other features include: 3,000mAh battery, Android 8.0 (Oreo), NFC and rear fingerprint sensor.
